Refund Policy

At DVIT LLC, we strive to deliver high-quality digital services tailored to your business needs. Due to the nature of our work, which involves custom strategy, design, and digital execution, we have established the following refund policy:
1. Services Are Non-Refundable Once Rendered
Payments made for services that have already been delivered — either in whole or in part — are non-refundable. This includes but is not limited to:
- Digital marketing strategy sessions
- Content development or design work
- Web development hours
- Consultations or campaign audits
- Asset delivery (e.g., files, templates, creatives)
2. Refund Eligibility for Unstarted Projects
You may be eligible for a refund only if the services have not yet commenced and the request is made within fourteen (14) days of your payment.
- If a refund is approved, it will be processed using the original payment method.
- Refunds will not be granted for delays or lack of client communication/input.
- Refund requests must be submitted in writing to: admin@dvitllc.com
3. Deposits and Retainers
All deposits, upfront payments, and retainers are non-refundable, unless The Factory Deals LLC cancels the project before any work begins.
4. Cancellation by The DVIT LLC
In the rare case that we cancel a project before service delivery, you will be entitled to a full or partial refund, depending on the work completed at that time. You will be notified in writing and the refund will be processed within 5–10 business days.
5. Chargebacks and Disputes
We encourage clients to reach out to us first regarding any concerns or disputes. Filing a chargeback without attempting resolution may violate the service agreement and may result in legal action.
